Surprice Heathrow Surely after reading all the reviews on here and other review sites there is clearly a systematic fraudulent approach being applied by Surprice to rip off customers. The similarities on refusing credit cards or not recognising pre-purchased insurances (Rental Cars in my case) dubious damage reports should be investigated by the relevant local authorities or industry regulator. Would be great to be able to collate all these complaints in one central location, to pursue a class action against this terrible company Do not use Surprice - fraudulent scammers....
