Surprice Skopje Northmacedonia. Scammer Company. Do not use Surprice. Surprice charged me the full amount again on site and had to pay in cash. The employee insisted on cash payment and did not want to accept a credit card. The credit that I paid online was not credited to me on site. I also received an old VW Polo with 300 000km. The engine light and service light were on. The rear brake lights did not work. the tires were all worn out. The condition of the vehicle was miserable and smelled extremely bad. The employee at was very unfriendly. I also stated in my booking that I was traveling from Skopje to Ohrid 172km at night. The vehicle was given to me with an empty tank. I am very disappointed with the service. I have previously booked with Enterprise in Macedonia and the service was excellent. With Surprice it was a complete disaster.
