The shuttle from FLL airport was extremely difficult to find and over 1 hour waiting in the hot heat. Once picked up from the airport a ten minute drive to an industrial area to get the car. 1 more hour of waiting and paperwork. Be prepared to bring your insurance declaration. Not a card…. A declaration, yes 23 pages to rent the car! I had to download my insurance app and find the declaration. This was the most difficult car rental I have ever had. 2 hours of wasted time to rent a car that smelled.
Never rent from them not matter how reasonable.
