All the reviews are true. This is the wordt carrental experience i ever had. Really be careful. They are not lenient at all with a virtual credit card.
They won’t let you use your partner’s creditcard unless you pay they’re insurance of 500 euro’s. Then they still block around 900 euro’s after that.
We left the building to go rent at another company losing the initial money we paid
If you can avoid please do so and try another company.
