What disgrace of a company. Booking made weeks in advance. Showed our tescos credit card for the desposit, they said it wasnt a physical bank so couldn't take it. It's was a physical card. Didn't try the card at all. Just said no. However if we paid 500 euros more we could have a car! We followed all conditions in the booking. We were there for 1.5 hours to try to sort it. They were just happy to leave us stranded in a foreign country without a car. Other customers came and went whilst we were there. The vast majority complain about the service or had to pay extra! They even said to a lone lady who they caused an issue- 'is this my issue or yours!' APALLING SERVICE. Another instance was a man that arrived 39 minutes outside his time window due to a delayed flight - he had to pay 150 euros. Beware, I wish I has listened to all the horrendous reviews and not risked it. Please don't make the same mistake as me.
