If I could give this place a zero, I would. We booked an awesome vacation, weather had delayed our flights. When we got there they were closed, we had to rent a different car that cost triple the original cost. the next morning they canceled our car because of a no show. It ended up eating two days to try to figure it out. This was all booked through Expedia.
I would never use this car rental nor advise anyone to use it.
