Pisa, advertised on EasyCar as 'in terminal'...they arent. Shuttle bus never arrived after over an hr of waiting, I walked there and had them come to the airport to collect my wife/daughter and luggage. Whole process of getting the car took over three hours. Staff rude, lazy, aggressive upsell insurance, lots of folks arguing over insurance etc.
The car itself was actually good and no issues when returning the car - decided not to join the large queue of people waiting for the shuttle and walked the 15 mins back.
