I used this company in Florence. My flight was delayed for just over two hours and they cancelled the reservation and made me pay an extra€60 a day for another car.
On return they found a tiny chip in the door. They invoiced me for €390 but charged my credit card for €652. Their customer services do not respond about this. Exercise extreme caution before using this company.
