No deposit refunded within the 25 business days they claim it could take. We have sent several emails to ask about the 600€ deposit, but all we get is BS answers saying that money are released, so it is a problem with our bank. We have, of course, contacted the bank and confirmed that there is no issue. As a prrof of release, surpricecar sent us a document issued by someone called Auto ONE with a not existing phone number.
