After completing the booking, I was charged; however, the confirmation email came only after my pick-up time.
Seeing that my confirmation email does not arrive, I started searching, and I found a contact info. After I called them, I was informed that they have absolutely no vehicles available, even though my credit card was charged.
This company is operating with incredibly sketchy practices.
