Everything went wrong. Worst experience of car rental I ever had in last two decades. I strongly recommend not to rent car from “SURPRICE”. Because of renting car from them, I lost my whole day of plans. Staff is RUDE, THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS.
