Surprise car Sofia is not okay! We paid the rent in advance. Only had to pay the deposit. They told us that our credit card wasn't working (declined) We called our bank and the bank employee told us on the phone that the credit card was fine. (Warning) We couldn't pay cash or with my card (husband rented the car). The only solution for renting was to pay for an insurance of €300. NO WAY!
