After a day long delay with our flight, we tried to contact company to inform them that we would arrive fro pick up the next day. Unable to reach anyone...
Fortunately, a local friend displaced herself to inform of the situation.
Car was fine. Upon returning, a chocolate stain was on the back seat. Agent was very rude about it. Got the stain out and went on our way. Did not appreciate the way the car was inspected with a fine tooth.
Other clients arrived at the same time but did not receive same treatment.
Not very pleased with agent.
