Absolutely appauling company. We're on an annual contract. Engineer arrived for annual service. Completely unprofessional and doing work whilst constantly on phone. After he left we discovered we had no hot water. Phoned the company, no apology but they sent someone else. Engineer arrived and said that the gas had not been turned back on! Still no apology so I told him my opinion of his company. And still no apology but he said I can't apologise now as I'd be a fraud?? I phoned to speak to a manager / director and no answer after 16 minute wait. I will be cancelling contract with this un-professional company and suggest that you think twice before dealing with them.
