Swale heating. Arrange appointments for yearly boiler checks without confirming with the customer. When you try calling them they never answer. When you use the what's app option they take nearly a full working day to respond but not answering the question you asked. Then they use the sentence apologies for any inconvenience in a superficial manner, a meaningless way to seem like they are doing the correct thing. Utterly unprofessional and definitely uncaring unless it's a new sales call. Poor show
