Waited 10 minutes for a call to be answered. Always had a long wait for any answer. Pleasant helpful lady who answered . I cannot call without knowing I have time to stop and wait for a reply for an unknown time.

Wanted to leave zero stars but can’t if I want to leave a review. Just want to fully agree with the last bad review. My experience has been almost exactly the same. DO NOT TAKE OUT A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THIS FIRM. I paid for a ‘premium’ contract but now 3 weeks without heating, many calls and at least half an hour in the phone queue each time. Asked to speak to a manager but no one called me back. The engineers don’t pass on information (different engineer each time) and just ‘close’ the calls if a new part is needed. Office staff don’t know what’s going on, they make promises they don’t keep. I could go on….. still waiting for them to get back to me but I’ve now given up. I’m curious to see if they ever call me back without me chasing them! I’ll be requesting a refund for the contract they have been unable to deliver but, no doubt, they’ll have some reason not to give it. Fuming!

Absolutely appalling organisation. Do not bother with a service contract as they do not service the boiler properly and then when you get the inevitable breakdown they are completely useless. First two "Engineers" who turned up were incompetant with no idea what they were doing. Swale don't turn up when appointments are made, lie about availability of parts and trot out garbage excuses for non attendance (Engineer was ill, van broke down etc). Do yourself a favour if you are considering Swale - DO NOT BOTHER. Unfortunately I had to give them 1 star which is way more than they deserve, check out Trustpilot reviews which are equally damning. They will advise you to send emails to an Address they do not respond to. I am currently pursuing with Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

If I could give them zero stars I would been with swale for over 30 years, this new company is rubbish am now waiting for a third engineer to come out to check the same problem, if it's the same engineer as last twice I'm going to make him order the part before he leaves my property as he has supposed to do this on return to the depot, I am not impressed, the old swale were brilliant, this bunch are useless, if your thinking of signing up to a service contact DON,'T

I was very disappointed when I was told someone would call on 1/11 to fix my boiler between 8-13 hours. He did not turn up and claimed there was no answer. This is at least the third time this has happened. It is very disappointing.

Dreadful, I have had a Contract with them which I have had fo many years I had an Annual Service booked on 25th Sept from between 8 am & 1 pm I was called at 12.30 to re arrange my booking to today October 20th from 1 -5 pm It is now 19.30 & still No Show or contact from them, so I am fuming It has always been difficult to contact them for whatever reason, but it is all such a waste of time, and the Service still hasn't been done

Cannot get through to them on the phone, emails don't respond on line chat off line. Looking to go to British Gas. As since swale has merged with this other company Seureseve swale heating has gone down hill.

Waited for a service from 12.00 to 18.00. No-one came but had the audacity to send a text saying attended at 18.46 and no-one answered. I was in my sitting room at that time and no-one came to my door. My doorbell camera confirmed this so it was a total lie. Rang the company who said he went to a white door and got no answer. I ran out at 18.50 and there was not a van in sight. Will never use this company again and will be asking for my service money back so I can get a reliable company to service my boiler. Could not be more annoyed if I tried and at 84 does not do your health any good

Truly awful service. My elderly, asthmatic mother was left without heating and hot water for 11 days following a boiler problem. Made repeated calls - which invariably meant a lengthy wait - to be told there was an issue with the parts ordering system. WhatsApp and posts on X went unanswered. Would not recommend taking out a service contract. Find a reliable local heating engineer instead

Never respond to complaints . Some of the rudest staff ever at the office . Did an annual gas check failed to notice a leak that was already there , engineer booked an appointment there and then but no-one showed up . Another engineer came out and hadn’t been told he needed parts . Now been told I have to wait in again as they didn’t get a copy of a valid certificate at the first annual check . Absolutely useless

No response to What’s App messages to book a repair all day! The phone wait time is totally unacceptable; over an hour - sometimes 90 minutes to get through 4 or 5 customers, plus the beyond irritating recorded message constantly replayed. I lost the will to live listening to that man every moment! Is there anyone actually there?! . Swale Heating used to be excellent.They finally booked an engineer to attend between 12-5pm a few days ahead without any further communication or apology to me on What’s App.The live chat is always closed; no you can’t “speak to one of the team live online” at any time. I simply received an email from my phone message. Well ok, they booked it but didn’t communicate with me. So I waited and no engineer arrived. No response again when I tried to call. I cannot access the customer portal as the account either as it is not in my name, I have to speak to an advisor. I wasted my whole afternoon. The customer service support is abysmal.The engineers themselves are excellent though.No complaints there. What has happened to this company? Shocking customer service.

They are the worst company to TRY to get in touch with, they do not turn up for a service and no phone call.Very bad. I was told I had a leak in my system, after taking the carpets up in two rooms and getting a plumber to call it was just a valve. Absolutely useless

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I renewed my service plan. Never had any issues before but Swale have not attended 2 visits they scheduled with no phone call to say why. They are quick enough to take your money but not deliver on service. Almost impossible to contact. Beware! I'm still waiting.

Engineer lied about fixing, boiler, 6+ calls of 45-1hr+ waiting on hold to talk to someone. Operator couldn’t get hold of engineer everytime they tried to get update. No shows for appointments ie lied about couldn’t gain entry to property. What’s app is also useless asked to reply with info then get automated answer about someone will reply within 24hrs twice, still waiting for engineer to come to fix problem!

Just dreadful customer service. Nobody available on their I've chat if you need support, HOWEVER they are available if you wish to discuss SALES ! 🤔
