No response to What’s App messages to book a repair all day! The phone wait time is totally unacceptable; over an hour - sometimes 90 minutes to get through 4 or 5 customers, plus the beyond irritating recorded message constantly replayed. I lost the will to live listening to that man every moment! Is there anyone actually there?! . Swale Heating used to be excellent.They finally booked an engineer to attend between 12-5pm a few days ahead without any further communication or apology to me on What’s App.The live chat is always closed; no you can’t “speak to one of the team live online” at any time. I simply received an email from my phone message. Well ok, they booked it but didn’t communicate with me. So I waited and no engineer arrived. No response again when I tried to call. I cannot access the customer portal as the account either as it is not in my name, I have to speak to an advisor. I wasted my whole afternoon. The customer service support is abysmal.The engineers themselves are excellent though.No complaints there. What has happened to this company? Shocking customer service.
