I BOOKED AN ENGINEER FOR THURSDAY PM NO SHOW IVE BEEN NO 1 ON QUE ON PHONE FOR OVER 1 HOUR TERRIBLE SEVICE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 10 YEARS WONT BE RENEWING

Awful! You can not get through on the phone and watsapp messages are an automated reply. No heating or hot water all week and no idea when its getting fixed.

If you live in social association housing forget swale heating you come last in the queue. I been 1 hour now waiting on the phone and still waiting Sheila

Terrible service. Don't answer emails or telephone. WhatsApp only gets delayed response. Engineers turn up in afternoon for morning appointment with no notification.

Absolutely totally useless company. Been with them for 10 years, never called them out for a repair, paid monthly for plan and three boiler services out of ten let down. DID NOT TURN UP. No notification and no call to explain. Always excuses engineer called in sick, had emergency call, one even pushed crumpled note in letterbox 7.30pm stating I was not in even though I had waited in all day. Only found this out by phoning which took a lifetime to get hold of someone. Heaven forbit if I ever have a breakdown. Do not use this poorly run company.

Impossible to get through to them by phone WhatsApp or live chat. Not impressed! Just want to know when an engineer will come to fix my boiler .

Unfortunately there is no option on giving a 0 score. Swale Heating have been dealing with a repair for the past 3 weeks. After several emails with different member of staff, several no shows we are still waiting. After calling their office for around the 5th time I was informed that no one had ordered the part, which explains the no shows. The part was supposed to be fitted this morning and still nothing. There is a lot of information I can add to this to show how clients are treated by Swale Heating. I have now had to inform all my clients I have who are using Swale to find an alternative company. I WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE.

Booked boiler service. Took a day's holiday only to have appointment cancelled 1 hour before arrival! Arranged 2nd boiler service. Took a day's holiday only to have appointment cancelled again! Not a very good service! And I'm running out of Holiday!!

This company took my radiator off one year ago still have not replaced it they cancel change appointments turn up and measure and hand the job to someone else and never gets done they don’t push the bell I’ve probably cancelled work 10 times for them I’m going to make a complaint.

I had a morning appointment arranged today (Oct 03) and received reminder texts yesterday and this morning reminding me so. Why have I logged onto the online portal only to see my appointment is now a afternoon appointment. No call or notification was given of the change, I spent the morning with a 10 month old baby with no heating because of the nature of the job. Spent an hour on hold gave up when i got to position 7. Recieved a call at 4:36pm to cancel my appointment for the second time. Thank you Swale Heating for having me sat in the cold all day unnecessarily as I was told not to put the heating on because of the nature of the job.

Swale heating. Arrange appointments for yearly boiler checks without confirming with the customer. When you try calling them they never answer. When you use the what's app option they take nearly a full working day to respond but not answering the question you asked. Then they use the sentence apologies for any inconvenience in a superficial manner, a meaningless way to seem like they are doing the correct thing. Utterly unprofessional and definitely uncaring unless it's a new sales call. Poor show

Absolute rubbish service- cannot get a hold of them, will not respond by WhatsApp, phone or online. Have been paying regularly on a Service Plan but cannot even get an appointment. Keep away from them.

Absolute cowboys, the state of the job is awful, the bottom cover can't be fitted the state of the installation was at best awful, a newly decorated kitchen was left with damage to a new cooker, the fool managed to drill through a Internet cable, I as a electrician have drilled thousands of holes over the years never once have I not checked or damaged wiring if you complain you get so cocky idiot mark basically because we didn't see him do it we can't prove it so they have no liability, my wife cleaned the thing before he arrived the was no damage, warning if you let these mugs in your property watch them like a hawk better still look for a reputable company these have always been know for incompetence and dishonesty bitter past experience with them tells me that, if my wife had told me in advance it was swale doing the work I would have stuck with the old boiler I have tried to upload photos of the abortion unfortunately they won't on this site but I will upload them on other review sites as a warning to others what they can expect

Why arrange an appointment for the morning then message me saying it’s now an all day appointment. CRAP I had other things arrange for the day and took the day off for the appointment. SORT IT OUT

Swale Heating did the annual boiler inspection which the engineer assured me had passed all tests. Weeks later they sent another letter for an annual inspection. I explained the inspection had already been done. Then they sent another engineer out who announced the boiler would have to be completely stripped. I tried phoning and emailing them but to no avail. I call a total scam on this.

Dear Swale, Faisal was amazing (the gentleman who came to run the annual safety check). It was 30°c outside and he was still smiling. Excellent service all the way round - communication on the day and the exemplary job in adverse conditions! Thank you very much,

Swale have removed all my trustpilot reviews illegally and they have bought 100s of fake reviews their score has gone from less that one to 4.4 in a year. Please be aware this company sabotage your heating and never repair it. They charged my landlord for three pumps in a year and I had to move out after having no working heat for a year. This company is very unprofessional and lie .
