One star is too much for such an unprofessional company which operates on deception and does not value human rights. They capped my meter knowing well that they didn’t give me and appointment. Their system doesn’t show the appointment I made and they failed to attend nor does it show their so called 3 attempts appointments before they cap the meter so on what basis did the engineer cap my meter? To make matters worse after attending my property and capping my meter leaving me with NO hot water at all, they refused to send an engineer to uncap my meter today and the refused to put me on the phone to their manager. This company is unprofessional and does not regard or value human life or right. I will take this to the press and social media and further.

ALL the Staff at this company Swale Heating that I have tried to resolve a complaint about an Unprofessional worker of theirs are all just as bad.I will be seeking press to Expose them & intending to take legal action.Aldo please if you are a tenant and yoyr landlord contracts this company & therefore give your personal details then your landlord is causing a Data Breach which you can take legal action.Im Dusgusting that a company like these dangerous people had my personnal information .I demanded they Delete which they say they have.However if I find out they kept my details Ill SUE .AVIOD SWALE HEATING even their CEO Mr Edwards cant be trusted.It seems they like to coverup all their wrongs .

I Have Had the Privilege of not 1 but 2 Brilliant Engineers around my house in the Last 2 days Trevor and Darren ,ive received top class Gentlmen Proffesionals ,done Excellent Job took a long time and been awkward job time consuming ,but both cheerful hardworking ,polite ,and a pleasure, to have in my home ,and my boiler is now tip top ,Cant thank Trevor and Darren enough lovely to see for myself there is a Company that still has ,Emplyees that are Top Class Proffessionals they earn every bit of thier Pay Packet please pass my Grattitude on yo these two Top Blokes , ,ty in advance

Every year these people make an appointment for me without contacting me, to see if it is convenient. I contacted them telling them that this years time and day they had made for the appointment was not convenient (less than a weeks notice ALWAYS), then this morning, someone turns up. I don't know how he got in, but a huge bloke was banging on my door and he clearly wasn't happy when I said that I had cancelled this appointment last week. I felt obliged to let the angry man in. WHY ARE SWALE INCAPABLE OF SENDING A LETTER ASKING PEOPLE TO CONTACT THEM RE A SUITABLE TIME? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY? I made them very aware that I have a health issue and need to know the dates and times of works. I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS This is not what is known as customer service This is bullying tactics so SWALE can get what they want, I'm guessing MONEY, awful!

Absolutely appauling company. We're on an annual contract. Engineer arrived for annual service. Completely unprofessional and doing work whilst constantly on phone. After he left we discovered we had no hot water. Phoned the company, no apology but they sent someone else. Engineer arrived and said that the gas had not been turned back on! Still no apology so I told him my opinion of his company. And still no apology but he said I can't apologise now as I'd be a fraud?? I phoned to speak to a manager / director and no answer after 16 minute wait. I will be cancelling contract with this un-professional company and suggest that you think twice before dealing with them.

Im trying to renew my yearly insurance but nobody answers my calls iv tried several times with no success so wonder if i ever do get through how hard it would be to book a call out if needed

One of the worst companies. Their engineers tell lies. They say they come to your property while u are waiting all DAY. No one turns up. They take pictures of ANY flats entrance,except yours to say that they came to yours. I am waiting 3 days for emergency service,because of having venerable person in the house. The absolutely worst company. If it was possible to give 0 star rating, it would still be too much for this company. Why is this company still allowed to have council contract when they are just SO unprofessional? I have had their workman sat in his van for 10 minutes on his phone, got out & went to the side of his van. Got back inside & drove off. Not even bothering to ring the bell. I saw this from my window. I rang the council to tell them what had happened, they rang swale & was told that No one was home!!??. It took 3 appointments for someone to come & do the gas safety check.

I had to give one star to be able to write a review, but I don't think Swale are worthy of one star. The experiences I've had over the past ten years in arranging a boiler service have been far from satisfactory. If I had had a problem I would not feel confident that it would have been sorted efficiently and I will not be renewing a contract with them when my warranty expires next year. I get the impression that they either have too many customers for their staff to manage, or they are incompetent, or their system of operating is poor. I have again today experienced a situation which should not have happened and I am a very unsatisfied customer.

they dont turn up for appointments, have been without hot water or heating for more than 10 days. i made arrangements to stay at home and they just don't show up, this is also a new boiler that stopped working after less than a year.

four appointments from them, l took times off from work to wait for them , they still never turn up and only once they left an excuse at the last minute at their failling appointment. I can only give them Minus Zero ( - 0 ) STAR.

The problem I have had with this company is they don't turn up to the appointments they make. They give you an appointment slot which is either all morning or all afternoon and they just don't turn up. It's now been at least 6 times they have failed to show up for an appoinment although recently they have had the decency to let me know they couldn't make the appoinment time. I'm still under threat of legal action from my landlord who claims to understand the difficulty I'm having despite warning me I'm about to receive an injunction for not granting access, a conversation which was had inside my home while granting access to the landlord so I really don't understand this situation. I don't understand why I'm being prosecuted or why they want to take me to court, it's like they don't understand I'm human or how they are impacting my life and welfare. No human would be able to treat someone like this and look them in the eye so why are swale doing it to vulnerable people who don't have a choice about the situation they are in.

I could not even get a quote for a boiler without first having work COMPLETED on a new consumer unit. Then got an explanation that made no sense about a quote only valid for 28 days. its a quote not a contract of work. If you cannot add into a quote 'on the proviso that recommended work be completed' then I got lucky by not using Swale. I'm also a potential customer not your mate, so having all emails starting 'Hi there' suggests the level of professionalism!

Avoid it. It takes 30 min to get thru customer service line moat of times. 7 attempts over 1 month to repair heating issue, still no heating. Left with no toilet water, no hot water and no heating for a week. Trying to charge me for work included in contract, fixed some issues but created more issues. Made an appt for this am, still waiting after 12pm, hopeless. If not sorted this week, will have to pay separately to get it sorted and try to claim back via ombudsman.

Our boiler has not been working since July and after 4 visits and 2 no shows including today it still not been fixed. After half an hour on phone to speak to someone we was told they tried to ring us to say they did not have the parts. This was a lie as no miss calls on my phone and no voice mail. I have now been told an appt is booked for October. Terrible service would not recommend but have no choice to use them as we are housing tenants extremely unhappy!!!!!!

Why do Swale Heating think it’s acceptable to leave an 87 year old woman with dementia , with no heating and no water for almost a week? To not call ? To lie when they are able to visit . Swale heating are a complete con. They need to be struck off and investigated . They name people’s lives a misery .
