Faisal Haroon visited me twice to solve the many issues with my boiler. If Faisal is who comes to help you when you are cold, you are blessed. His knowledge is deep, and his manner kind and understanding. He went beyond to even fix and bleed the radiators and now my old boiler is fixed and serving me well, and I can have the hot bath I have been longing for. All the stars for the service.

I Have Had the Privilege of not 1 but 2 Brilliant Engineers around my house in the Last 2 days Trevor and Darren ,ive received top class Gentlmen Proffesionals ,done Excellent Job took a long time and been awkward job time consuming ,but both cheerful hardworking ,polite ,and a pleasure, to have in my home ,and my boiler is now tip top ,Cant thank Trevor and Darren enough lovely to see for myself there is a Company that still has ,Emplyees that are Top Class Proffessionals they earn every bit of thier Pay Packet please pass my Grattitude on yo these two Top Blokes , ,ty in advance

The engineer , Daniel , was on time , very professional , tidy and bang on time with a phone call to let us know he was on his way 10 out of 10 , thank you Swale and thank you Daniel

I emailed Swale Heating in the morning letting them know I had a problem with the boiler and within an hour received a phone call to book an engineer that afternoon. He turned up promptly was very friendly and informative and fixed the boiler within half an hour. Fantastic service as always from everyone at Swale Heating

I have had very varying experiences with swale heating some very negative indeed. However I have had a good response recently when the boiler broke down and also today when I had the annual service done. The engineer was pleasant and as far as I could tell did the job competently.

Booked an appointment for Swale to quote on installation of a new Gas central heating boiler. The representative called to let us know that he would arrive within 20 minutes and did so. A very professional and personable young man did a thorough inspection of the current installation and gave us advice on the different systems available. At the end of the procedure we were given a detailed breakdown of the work necessary and a price, which seemed very reasonable. No pressure was applied to get agreement to the work there and then. All in all a very easy procedure.

From Home visit, Estimate through to Installation and Completion Swale were amazing and thoroughly competent and professional throughout. Price was good for quality of work. I really easy stress free experience. Not once did I feel pressured and the estimate of works was exactly what I needed with no attempt to boost the cost with stuff I did not need. I am really pleased with Swale and felt I just had to post this review. A+++++++++

Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely engineer who came today to fix my problem....then came back to help again...very lovely man above and beyond...I really appreciate good people and good service...there's not much about anymore

I had my reservations about swale heating due to my appointment being cancelled and being told the engineer was hospitalized. It seems to be the common excuse given going by the reviews. However, I had a very HUMAN engineer named Adam who came out today to resolve the issues. He was detailed and empathetic. He ensured issues was fixed and took ownership of the job. I can only wish the company will train their other staff to emulate Adam’s dedication.

I rang swale heating on behalf off my 80 year old mother we brought her home from hospital after having operation.Her heating was not working was told they would be out the next day ,at the time they were meant to arrive they cancelled the appointment as the engineer called in sick my mother had an afternoon appointment so surely they would know before the appointment time .I rang them back and told that this is not good enough it’s the coldest time of the year surely you have more than one engineer but was told no we have booked your mother in for tomorrow.I told him if anything happens to my mother due to being left cold I will not be happy I think this company is disgraceful all companies have emergency appointments well most do ??

Called Swale Heating via Housing Association to advise them that we had no hot water or heating. We are a vunerable household of one frail 91 year old lady with dementia. A 60 year old with severe breathing problems and her husband who is 62 and partially disabled. After holding for nearly an hour I told the person what was happening and the error code on the boiler. This boiler was serviced in November 2022. I stated we are a very vunerable household and my 91 year mum who lives with us may have pneumonia. All of this was completely ignored by Swale. I rang back around 3pm same day (today 18th Jan 2023). The person who "finally" answered the phone said they had NOT been told that we were vunerable and were we aware that we had an appointment for the following day (19th Jan 2023!) No time given BUT the engineer would call us on the day. We are all frozen. I have recently been in hospital with severe chest issues and do Swale care? NO. My elderly mother is cold and her chest is getting worse. I hope she is not admitted as I will hold Swale responsible. Sort out and prioritise your vunerable customers first. I want this sorted by early morning on Thursday 19th Jan 2023. Your Head Office will be called first thing. NOT IMPRESSED
