Engineer lied about fixing, boiler, 6+ calls of 45-1hr+ waiting on hold to talk to someone.
Operator couldn’t get hold of engineer everytime they tried to get update. No shows for appointments ie lied about couldn’t gain entry to property. What’s app is also useless asked to reply with info then get automated answer about someone will reply within 24hrs twice, still waiting for engineer to come to fix problem!
