Never respond to complaints . Some of the rudest staff ever at the office . Did an annual gas check failed to notice a leak that was already there , engineer booked an appointment there and then but no-one showed up . Another engineer came out and hadn’t been told he needed parts . Now been told I have to wait in again as they didn’t get a copy of a valid certificate at the first annual check .
