Dreadful,
I have had a Contract with them which
I have had fo many years
I had an Annual Service booked on
25th Sept from between 8 am & 1 pm
I was called at 12.30 to re arrange my
booking to today October 20th from 1 -5 pm
It is now 19.30 & still No Show or contact from them, so I am fuming
It has always been difficult to contact them for whatever reason, but it is all such a waste of time, and the Service still hasn't
been done
