Had trouble with our 3port valve Just had a new one fitted a couple of weeks ago This will be the third supposedly new one In about 6 months Within days started having problems Engineer came out First sad there was no power going to the room stat Then said it needs a rewire Then said it needs a new 3 port cover Then says it’s all working ok now He leaves 2 days later heating won’t come on automatically We have to move the cover on the 3 port valve then it switches over to heating Got a call on Friday from swale They booked an engineer to come out on Monday after 4.30 pm Got a call Monday around 11am saying he will attend between 12 & 1 I explained it’s booked for after 4.30 Not heard anything since from swale Still having to move the cover to get the heating on Totally incompetent company Just look at their reviews Absolute joke of a company Stay well clear of them
