For 7 years i have been a customer , paid £100s for peace of mind , when my Boiler broke down they left me without Gas for 9 days during the December cold spell. Awful to deal with, they don't respond to messages left, wait times on hold over an hour. they don't honour appointments. they don't respond to complaints. Boiler service rebook after rebook. I had to use electric to heat home and water costing me over £400 - be warned - Swale heating are awful
