I had a morning appointment arranged today (Oct 03) and received reminder texts yesterday and this morning reminding me so. Why have I logged onto the online portal only to see my appointment is now a afternoon appointment. No call or notification was given of the change, I spent the morning with a 10 month old baby with no heating because of the nature of the job.
Spent an hour on hold gave up when i got to position 7.
Recieved a call at 4:36pm to cancel my appointment for the second time.
Thank you Swale Heating for having me sat in the cold all day unnecessarily as I was told not to put the heating on because of the nature of the job.
