A total waste of time. It's below freezing out side and we had no heating for 8 weeks now. My wife has a nurse that comes evey other Wednesdays that has now said the house is to cold to put a needle in to my wife.and sit here for 6 hours whilst the wife has the infusion.
My family all have children and carnt visit because the house is to cold for there baby's. 4 hours on the phone to only be cut off. Thay are a waste of time. Swale should not have contracts if thay can not do the work
