Didn't arrive when booked and paid for. Only let us know at the end of the day. The rearranged engeneer spent approximately 15 minutes to service the boiler, switched the heating and hot water on, said it will warm up and left, no other communication or feedback. Complained and asked for the boiler to be serviced properly and compensation for our inconvenience. Said they would redo the service and discuss matters. When another engineer came he knew nothing about our complaint and only came to check the radiators and filter. We explained to him what we expected and he left saying I will ring in, but it is no quicker for me than you. We never saw him again. The following week a Mr Little phoned 28th October, said they do not give any compensation for our loss of time, now 3 visits, but would make arrangement to have the boiler serviced properly. We have not heard another word. Don't use this company if you want a good service and not a total waste of your time and money. You spend hours waiting and trying to phone. We never got higher than 18th in the queue.
