Wow I can not belive how terrible your service is. You really managed to trump yourself not only did you not answer my call when I stayed on hold for 2 hours you never turned up for my appointment and I didn't even get a call to say that the engineer wouldn't make it to rearrange. I have had 3 separate people out in the last 3 weeks as I have been without heating in the coldest time of the year. I am utterly disgusted in how you treat you customers.
My children are frozen.
If I could give less then 1 star I would as you don't even deserve that one
