Boiler leaking water out of the bottom after having a service a couple of weeks ago which we had to chase up ourselves!!
They could only visit in about 10 days so still waiting
But now heating has stopped working downstairs
They never answer the phone so have to do what’s app it’s exhausting
Don’t even know if we should be using the boiler as leaking water everywhere
Customer service non existent
Used to be a good company
Now gone right down the pan!!!!
