If I could’ve given a review with 0 stars I would’ve done so. Begrudgingly giving one star as that’s the lowest allowed. Contacted them on Thursday morning regarding no heating whatsoever since weds evening- with three children in the house- two of who suffer from croup and bronchiolitis and myself with asthma, was told no one would be out until Monday. Phoned out of hours over the weekend as had also lost hot water too by this point- to be told by an obnoxiously rude receptionist that I would just have to wait until Monday. We are now on Monday and appointment seems to have been cancelled with no notice or even a courtesy call to myself. After being on hold for 1 hour and 45 mins this morning to be disconnected before answering. Absolute shambles of a company! Will be lodging a formal complaint and taking this as far as it can go.
