I mistakenly clicked cancel button for food delivery and they took money 1040 rupees for an order. I didn't know that they will take whole amount for cancellation. Thought to order from a nearby hotel to house for my cousin. I am in Calicut and is not familiar with the places there. I again ordered the same food paying money again. I requested for cancellation and they said our policy is not refundable.
