Swiggy is the worst app I have ever used till date.
There is always delay of one hour that the given time.
It shows delivery time of 30 mins and for all 30 mins the time for delivery is shown 5 mins. The order reaches after 1.30 hour. They charge service charges, delivery charges along with food charges. This is certainly an issue to be taken to Consumer Forum.
Its been one hour I have given the order and yet the delivery partner is not assigned.
