Swiggy took double payment from me for 376rs instead of calling many times and writing email. They didn't cared at all. Every time I called they informed delivery partner not lifting call. They themselves called me to make payment after amount deducted from my food card and asked to do payment once again. But unfortunately I lost my money. This is the worst online app don't trust. Better to use zomato and blink it.
