Saving cards on Swiggy is an invitation to be cheated.
Declining to proceed with the payment is totally ignored- the card is charged and you are forced to accept the order.
Customer Care executives are totally clueless to the issue being told to them and just insist that you have to accept the order. Then they just hang up on you - twice!!!!
