Extremely Disappointed – Cold, Inedible Food Due to Delivery Delay
I’m highly disappointed with Swiggy’s service today. I placed my order at 8:00 PM, and shockingly, the food was delivered only at 9:45 PM. This is not the first time I’ve faced such a delay, and despite raising concerns earlier, no concrete action has been taken.
The delivery delay today completely ruined the meal – the food was cold, rubbery, and disgusting. It was absolutely inedible. Instead of addressing the root cause, Swiggy simply offers a 50% refund, which is unacceptable when the entire meal is wasted.
Swiggy, it’s high time you take responsibility, hold your delivery partners accountable, and ensure that quality and timeliness are not compromised. Customers deserve better.
