Yesterday we collected a Bailey Unicorn Madrid and I have to say the whole buying experience was brilliant. We were kept up to date by email at every stage with no detail left out. Upon collection Naomi was superb at running through all the controls, hitching up and demonstrating the new Powrtouch Evolution mover they fitted for us. The site there is vast with lots of stock, no pressure selling and we were particularly impressed with the multiple lifts in the clean and spacious workshop bays where they are quite clearly able to do any job required. Good old fashioned customer service is often lacking in today’s society but Swindon Caravans absolutely nailed it with our purchase, highly recommended. Thank you all very much team.
