We have just bought a second hand caravan from the Reading Caravan Centre. From start to finish we had excellent, friendly and helpful service, from Michaela in Sales, Andy in Technical, Ian on Handover to Jim and Lynn in the shop. Even when we made silly beginners mistakes (and we are not beginners) they were very patient with us. They answered all the questions thoroughly, were quick to provide advice and flexible with our change in requirements. The caravan had been efficiently cleaned inside and out. This is the second caravan we have bought from them and would recommend them to anyone.
