The website is exceptionally well-designed and earns a 5/5 rating from me, even though there's room for improvement. The customer service was excellent. They tailored recommendations to my budget and provided articles to broaden my knowledge about the sword I chose - an affordable katana, simple without major decorative elements, yet perfectly suitable for functional tameshigiri cutting. While I didn’t need the extra reading material, I can see how beginners would find it extremely helpful. The prices are generally competitive and slightly lower compared to other vendors, though the tamahagane katanas are a bit on the pricey side of things almost matching the cost of a true Japanese nihonto. I appreciate the detailed catalog and extensive information, but some entries, like the HanBonForge items, need updates. This is my only critique, and I’m confident it will be addressed soon.
