After dropping my Maui Jim Sunglasses, which I dearly love, and shattering one lens I looked everywhere to find the lenses to replace them. My glasses have been discontinued and I couldn't find anyone that gave me the info I needed to get them at a reasonable price. I stumbled upon the Tajima Direct Website and they looked too good to be true. I submitted a couple of questions and within minutes I got a return call from Jacob. I thought it was a call about voting or a robocall at first and was very rude and hung up. But Jacob was brave enough to call me back right away and after I apologized for my rude behavior he took all the info he needed, placed my order, gave me a 10% discount and I sent the glasses in for repair at their expense. Jacob updated me every step of the way and returned my glasses completely like new again at their expense. I can't say enough good things about Jacob and the Tajima Direct experience.
