Hi, the ordering was smooth and the delivery quite fast. It was announced in some days, it took 15 days, mostly due to the second courier, who was not the same who took care of the first sector in France. The delivery was done to the wrong address, even. Nevertheless I got it. I did not test it yet. What was not nice, is the fact that no isntructions, nor drawings were included; and in the website there are not even. also the screws length for assembling the mast, nor indication of the deepness of the rails, are available anywhere. We asked already several times to the online support. The support answers promptly, very appreciated, however has not the answers ready. Waiting for the feedback still.
