STAY CLEAR. A warrenty is NOT hounered or respected.
If your tap was to breaks before the warrenty prieod ends you will have to buy a new tap.
No tap replacement, no information about replacements parts etc. Parts that were needed were non standard parts that can't be found in a plumbers merchants.
Depsite asking repeatly for a manager to phone me to discuss this issue. The request was completely ignored. This went on for weeks.
Any reply to this thread where they sound like they want to help should be ignored.
