After just two weeks of using this black kitchen sink, we’re already seeing white stains and discolouration that won’t come off. We’ve only used mild cleaning products and never placed anything hot on it. Despite this, customer service was unhelpful—they simply responded to our email saying they had checked with the manufacturer and were certain this was our fault, either from chemicals or heat. No further support, no inspection, nothing. We believe this is clearly a quality issue, especially since the sink is advertised as “incredibly resilient – heat, stain, and scratch resistant” and supposedly comes with a lifetime warranty. We’re now considering replacing it altogether. Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of support.
