I had a promotion stating that I could get 3 items for $10, and when I was ready to checkout, the total due was the amount of those 3 items listed, which was about $40. I contacted customer service about this issue, and I was told that it was only for items listed in the 3 for $10 area, which is what I clicked on. Needless to say, the issue was not resolved and I was given the same generic response, even after I showed them proof with a video.
