I had a return who was picked up by the carrier company and the cost of the returned items was 450 dhs After that I was surprised that temu replied saying that refund was denied bcoz they haven't received any of items and even when I explained them the situation, they still refused to refund back my money... Such a rubbish company who doesn't care even about solving the customer issues, they should contact the carrier and check with them, instead they just chose to let me bear the mistake of the carrier guy who didn't do his job properly Carrier company is J N T express, rubbish company as well !!!!
