Ordered some clothes from TEMU about 2 weeks' ago. O was quite annoyed to after I had paid, to be asked to pay import duties (other companies include this in the price upfront). But worse still, there is still no delivery. Every time I write to customer service they I certainly won't be using they give me very smarmy letters, about how "they are so very deeply sorry" etc, but still no cigar. The delivery company says my phone number is wrong... but why don't they ring the bell like any normal delivery service? We have EVERYTHING delivered. I will not use TEMU again, I am sorry I did in the first place and be warned - their delivery system is useless and customer service hopeless. It is very hard to answer the below questions: Who made the delivery: IT HAS NOT BEEN MADE Was the item damaged: HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING I ORDERED How many days did the delivery take: How long is a piece of string?
