I have a charge of 62.56 yet there is no order, and have been repeatedly sent the same email that it was not a fraudulent charge. Well, then where is my order ? They refuse to answer. On the phone, they repeat the email verbatim. And refuse to answer my question. The supervisor, was suppose to call me, they said stay by your phone for the next ten hours. HA, no surprise, no phone call.
