My order hasn't been delivered on time. It's been almost 3 weeks, even though I was promised delivery within 8-11 days. When I tracked my order, it was still with the 3rd party delivery service. I tried calling the 3rd party courier, but the customer service didn't respond or answer. Sad but true.
