I have order 2 Earbay wireless headset and in non of them was the usb donglex1 included, i was going to have one home and one in the office. To get in touch with them is not possible only through their ai bot. I want them to send the missing usb donglex1 thats should have been included in the package. Useless customer care shame on that company.
