I have been purchasing from Temu for a long time. Usually I am pleased. The last order was terrible. I requested a return/refund for 3 items. Total cost $32.66. I was offered a "partial refund of $3.24" to avoid a trip to the post office. REALLY!
I requested a full refund and will order again until I use all the credit.
I agree with the reviews that at first Temu was great. Great service, great products until recently. Be careful what you order and read the fine print regarding refunds! D
