I have ordered from SHEIN numerous times and never had a problem. I decided to try Temu for the first time. I ordered 5 items. I received a message that my package was lost. I tracked the number on UPS for more details. Apparently the box was empty and damaged when it got to customs. I was emailed about the lost package from Temu and given a choice to reorder or get a refund. I tried to reorder but 2 of my items were out of stock and not available. I have requested a refund and will not use Temu again.
